Social Distancing Update

Based on the current easing of lockdown throughout the UK, the event team working with Transport Scotland are confident that Road Expo & Bridges Scotland 2020 will be the first major exhibition in Scotland, held as a physical event as planned on 2 - 3 December 2020, at the SEC, Glasgow.

The safety of our exhibitors, speakers and visitors is our top priorty, so in addition to developing our new initiatives for the event itself, we are proactively working with the Project Confidence collaboration team, writing new guidance and assurances for the safety of all physical live events.

We recognise the increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused. This situation will remain under continuous review so please look out for regular updates.

Road Expo & Bridges 2020

The big move to the purpose built SEC in Glasgow for the last 2019 event, really made a huge impact to the sector. We will again be returning this year, taking advantage of the modern, large hall to develop many new show features including our whole new “Innovation Trail” and “Innovation Trail live”, plus many more.

Across two days the exhibition provides you with the opportunity to do business with those operating specifically and dedicated to the road and transport sector in Scotland. With TWO separate and focused seminar spaces, one for Roads and Transportation, covering the entire spectrum of road network and traffic management, the other for Bridges Scotland, covering bridge design, maintenance and construction, we will have much to see, understand and learn together.

NEW for 2020, will be a dedicated Scottish Local Authority meet the buyer area. We will be hosting no fewer than 20 Scotland local authorities waiting to engage with suppliers, and providers throughout the supply chain.
